The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Bella Vista as a Help Desk Analyst In this unique and varied role you will provide phone-based and remote IT support and troubleshooting for our digital & classic media assets (billboards, advertisement signage), liaise with internal warehousing and spare parts teams, schedule technicians for onsite repair and also engage external vendors to resolve the issue. You will also: Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues Manage the configuration and operation of software and services Monitor the system daily and respond immediately according to SLA’s Respond to and resolve help desk requests. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution Install and test computer-related equipment Work closely with various teams across the business This role is Monday to Friday however you will be required to be on call periodically on a rotational roster in the team. After hours times may vary depending on the client or project requirements. The Experience: To set you up for success you will have experience in a similar IT support / hardware break-fix role and possess the following skills and experience: Advanced knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and knowledge of AV Hardware and Systems required. Experience working with ServiceNow and JIRA (or other similar systems) Networking knowledge (understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, networking protocols, switches / routers). Strong understanding of audio visual technologies Are either Degree Qualified, hold a relevant TAFE Certificate or other related further study Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to work across multiple projects at any one time Your problem-solving mindset, passion for customer experience and excellent communication skills will provide Unmissable level of service to oOh Our Benefits: You flex – We are all different and we recognise that.
