Internal Sales Representative — Clayton, Monash Area

Do you have sales/office administration/account management experience? Are you self motivated, efficient and customer focused? Then this is your next challenge. We are looking for an internal sales representative that has great communication skills, is able to multitask and pays attention to detail. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: Use SAP and BeQik to provide support to the VIC sales and service teams with product pricing, availability, and delivery times Administer sales processes and update as required Assist with all phone and e-mail enquiries from both Non-Account and Account Customers who might benefit from company products or services Investigate all phone and e-mail enquiries for future potential and pass this information on to their respective manager for action Persuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery Provide quotations and information as requested by phone/fax or e-mailed requests Calculating Customer quotations and administering Customer accounts Providing some technical assistance if possible and product information as requested by customer and sales engineer, to support after-sales services activities Preparing reports as requested Meeting regular sales targets Qualifications Australian citizen or permanent resident Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel Proficient in SAP or a similar system Proficient in General office duties and use of VOIP phone systems Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail A great team player but also able to work autonomously Strong communication skills Displays initiative and strong customer service skills
