As a Business Administrator in our Melbourne office, you will work alongside a large group of professionals providing administrative support to assist them in driving successful projects. What will I do? Coordinate team activities (including but not limited to events, meetings, workshops, travel, document support) System data entry and support for team members (client relationship management, invoicing) Staff on/off-boarding Supporting administration lifecycles of bids, projects and reporting and responds to enquiries or requests for information. Provide guidance on Arup systems What will I bring? Relevant industry experience in administration within a management consulting business Business support in a proactive and innovative manner Ability to multitask and prioritise while maintaining quality and consistency of work. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, independently or with minimum supervision. Demonstrates customer focused, solution-based approach.
