About the role: As a Receptionist at LHG you will report to the site General Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Financial Accountant for LHG Resident deposit Account responsibilities. As a Receptionist, your key duties will include and not be limited to: Provide a professional, welcoming and responsive reception function. Provide support to internal customers as relevant to the customer’s position. Service delivery through maintaining accurate database, mail distribution, transport booking, handling internal/external phone calls etc Support LHG Resident Deposit Accounts About you: You are organised and have well developed time management skills with the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations. You will also have the following attributes: Previous experience in Cashier role Ability to always exercise discretion/confidentiality and sensitive information appropriately Ability to manage a diverse range of support activities Well-developed communication (face-to-face and written) skills Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, and use of corporate finance systems. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people Compassion and integrity Candidates may be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate requiring current NDIS worker clearance.
