You will be responsible for implementation of standardized operating procedures, continuous improvement programs for the ops teams and monitoring of progress in these areas. What will you be doing? Collaborate with the Supply chain leads and process owners to identify and drive functional process improvements. Recruit, develop and lead your team to ensure full utilisation of people and engagement Lead, develop and oversee transformational projects across the Branch. Custodian of Training for local teams and working with regional teams, ensuring alignment in processes at all times. Lead compliance by ensuring technical work procedures and documents are up to date and accurate What will you need to be successful? Tertiary qualifications in a related subject areas.
