Your new role As full-time Warehouse Manager in Goonellabah 2480, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility, ensure continuous team productivity and efficiency in supply chain and distribution operations within the region. Your warehouse operation knowledge and skills, and people leadership capability are vital to this role. Your responsibilities: Oversee the sorting operations and other related activities of the warehouse facility; Lead, coach and train a team of Sorters, Drivers and Volunteers, ensure they are well-equipped to achieve their individual and team performance goals Oversee daily operations, including effective sorting and transport of goods, maximise utilisation of resources, maintaining accurate inventory and reporting; managing budgets Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures; keep up to date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements Utilise metrics and analyse data to track performance progress of staff and department and generate relevant report on a regular basis Drive continuous service delivery improvement, aim to increase productivity and effective utilisation of the Society's resources/assets. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced retail and/or warehousing environment Proven ability to assign tasks, manage work schedules, and ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
