Your role will involve accurate order processing and delivering excellent customer service to drive concrete sales. If you have customer service experience in logistics/transport and strong organizational skills, we want you on our team Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers during order placement. Collaborate with Despatchers to optimize service levels while minimizing costs. Proactively advise customers of potential delays and handle inquiries promptly. Adhere to safety and compliance standards, actively participating in safety discussions. Seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational excellence. Requirements: Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential Basic computer skills Strong organizational and communication skills.
