Six Degrees are partnering exclusively with an Australian owned and leading food manufacturing business as they look to bring in a newly created Project Engineer role. As the Project Engineer you have the ability to think strategically and implement multiple medium sized projects concurrently. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will lead projects from the conception phase all the way through to completion, managing both the budget and time-line effectively. The Project Engineer will add significant value in terms of providing structure and improving project governance for the capital team. Identify project objectives, data collection and evaluation to prepare capital budgets Prepare and manage project scopes Prepare and track project plans Execute, manage and report on the project phases including: Feasibility Design Construction Commissioning Completion What will you need to be successful? Experience in Food manufacturing or related industries 3 years' relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline Proactive engineer with the ability lead multiple projects end to end from concept to completion Project Governance experience What's next?
