As the Receptionist your role is critical to maintaining a professional, welcoming, clean and positive work environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the office, managing incoming calls and correspondence, assisting the team in administrative tasks, auction bookings and processing, enhancing a great company culture and supporting our border corporate teams. Not only will you be representing the corporate teams, you will be a brand custodian across all areas of your role. This role is hugely important and requires someone who can take initiative, is able to communicate well and is passionate about making a positive impact. This role requires you to work with a variety of personalities and senior management, it is a busy role and offers a wide scope of accountability.
