Premium CBD Offices 80k Super Working closely with two supportive Senior Partners The Role: In this key role within our national team, you will be responsible for offering remote and in-person assistance to senior members of the Technology Services team. Your specific focus will be on supporting and managing the intricate scheduling responsibilities of two partners. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the National Operations Team, Business Manager, and Resource Operations Manager to ensure seamless administrative support for the entire business nationwide. Responsibilities: Provide advanced secretarial support to senior members of the Technology Services team, specifically assisting two partners directly Manage high-level diary schedules, prioritizing client meetings and ensuring meticulous organization Arrange travel plans for key partners, maintaining precision and confidentiality Handle phone calls and voicemail for team members, emphasizing professionalism and efficiency Oversee general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses with a sharp attention to detail Administer quality and risk-related tasks, ensuring top-level compliance Collaborate effectively within the team and assist other Technology Services team operations members as needed About You: 2 or more years of Legal Assistant experience Proficiency in Diary Management - essential Billing experience highly preferable but not essential Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously Ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues.
