About the role We are excited to announce that we are on the lookout for Commercial Administrator to join our team located in our Welshpool office, working with a collaborative and friendly team from Mondays to Fridays to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including administrating commercial invoices, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. The Commercial Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day of a fast-paced environment. This includes, but is not limited to, administration of contractual documentation and correspondence, management and maintenance of data, preparation of reports, and contractual archiving. What you will be doing Support managers with daily admin tasks; Plan meetings and take detailed minutes; Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material; Create spreadsheets and presentations; Travel administration of employees and staff; Client Invoicing function - First drafts and document population; Procurement function - Ordering and purchasing; Support management administration. What you will bring Office Administration qualification; Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (i.e., Pivot tables, formula's, data management); Experience/exposure to MS Power BI; Strong knowledge of travel management systems; Experience working with contracts and invoicing; Experience/exposure to international currencies and global administration. Attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
