Our Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team at Olivine, Donnybrook. Your role will involve support to the Sales Consultants by providing assistance with daily sales office activities including selling land and town homes, providing customer service, sales centre administration, Salesforce database management and follow up calls. Your Responsibilities Are But Not Limited To: · Assist Sales Consultants to achieve sales rates as determined by the Victorian Sales Manager · Salesforce database management and follow up calls · Prepare reports and documents as required and coordinate sales & marketing related functions of display suite openings, releases, and project launches · Build market and competitor knowledge through research and networking · Build legal knowledge (contracts, procedures, legal representation) and assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required · Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management via a monthly report · Manage sales price lists, floor plans, sales schedules and reporting as well as booking diaries and appointments. · Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices · Adhoc administration requirements as directed Essential Requirements This is a full-time role 5 days per week, must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday. One of the following Current Real Estate Certificates o Agent Representative Licence o Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice o Full Real Estate Licence You will have demonstrated commercial / financial acumen administration or sales experience, have strong database management knowledge and customer service skills The successful candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Suite skills. strong written and communication abilities and polished personal presentation What sets us apart?
