Working as part of the Hotel Services team at our Southhaven facility - Padstow Heights Aged Care Facility | Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) , you will help create an environment where our residents and their families can come and socialise over a hot or cold beverage or snack. Typically, this involves Preparation and service of hot and cold (non-alcoholic) beverages. Service of a range of snacks including hot and cold sandwiches, cakes, muffins etc. Washing up of dishes. Cleaning of kitchen and service areas. Cleaning of dining area around the coffee shop. Assist in / provide back up support in dining room service when required. About You At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary. Whilst formal qualifications such as a cert II in hospitality would be highly regarded, it is more important that you have a friendly disposition, a willingness to help others and demonstrated experience in a customer service or a hospitality environment such as retail, coffee shop, bar, or restaurant. In addition to this it is essential that you have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one) and an immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine as well as Proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace. Adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times. Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
