The preschool's area of specialisation is story telling through a variety of mediums, including oral story telling, creative and visual arts and music. This position is a full time diploma role in a preschool commencing in November, offered on a 12 month parental leave contract. KU is our place, where we all belong. The Role This is a one day per week permanent opportunity with flexibility on which. We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families’.
