They are currently looking to employ a Counter Sales professional for their Orange NSW office. The Opportunity Provide customer service and sales support for: walk-in, phone, email and website customers. Process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system. Understand customer requirements and provide product information, recommendations, and pricing (training provided). Handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, and troubleshoot product-related issues (training provided). Maintain a clean and organised retail counter and showroom area, ensuring products are well-presented and stocked. Assist in managing stock, inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate product availability. Assist across other areas of the business including: procurement, administration, logistics, stores and more. You Experience in any industrial, commercial, or related retail counter / showroom or internal sales. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs. Computer skills &/or a quick learner Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Physical ability to lift and move items when required.
