Seeking a motivating administrator for a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a progressive national company About the job: We are seeking an Operations Support Officer/NOC Admin Support to provide administrative support for all Operations and Client matters. This role will work closely with the customer success team, assisting with rostering, timesheet, compliance, and training administration, and being the first point of contact for our team of security officers. Responsibilities of the role: Coordinate functions and ensure they are run effectively and professionally Communicate effectively with staff as required regarding allocated tasks/jobs, and relevant information about clients and the operations of the business. Assist with development and administration of documentation Attend meetings and on-site visits as required Assist in the management of company uniform and equipment Assist with the management of compliance and quality assurance Preparation of paperwork for invoicing, including checking against quotes and actuals Effectively utilise relevant reporting systems on time, ensuring accuracy integrity of data Be available and on-call to work as required due to operational demands in the evenings and weekends. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with staff, client and company matters Ensure the most efficient processes are in place and followed for compliance, procedures and quality assurance, and that staff employed are appropriately certified to meet licencing requirements What we are looking for: The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Proven experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset. Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and growth. Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software or systems. Understanding of and commitment to compliance with company policies and procedures, including WHS, EMS, EEO, and ISO certification. Willing to undertake training such as a qualification in a related field such as Business Management, Risk Management, WHS or similar. Please note you will be required to undertake a Police check and apply for a NSW Security Licence relevant to the nature of the role.
