About the role Thiess is seeking a Health & Safety Data Administrator to join our team at our newly renovated Head Office in South Bank, Brisbane. This role will be a full-time, 6-month fixed contract position. As Health & Safety Data Administrator, your primary responsibility is to provide support to the global business by ensuring effective administration of group-wide Health & Safety Information Systems. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting and reporting Health & Safety performance data, contributing to the overall enhancement of safety protocols within the organization. Additionally, a key aspect of this role involves coordinating the processing of invoices related to health services and overseeing dispute processes when necessary. This multifaceted position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial processes within the health services domain. Additionally, you will: Ensure project data entry into Synergy is completed to schedule. Accurate end-to-end processing of medical-related invoices within agreed timeframes. Monitor progress claim status in JDEdwards accounting system and ensure payments are made on time. Manage reallocation of charges for medical services to projects. Monitor invoice charges against supplier contract rates and dispute incorrect charges and/or information on invoices. Monitor accounts payable workflow and complete change orders where required. About you Time management and organisational skills. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team with a proficient customer service orientation. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Previous experience in a Health & Safety information systems, data administration role is desirable. Previous experience in invoicing and use of JDEdwards or other accounting systems is advantageous.
