About the role: An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and energetic Junior Data Analyst and Administrator to join our vibrant team in our Adelaide-based National Support Office. This position would suit a recent Business Graduate, Qualified Business Analyst or experience as a Business Analyst. The position is split into two areas: 50% is Data Entry, reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel 50% is Business Administration including creating business accounts/logins, rostering and general administration. Role Responsibilities: Point of Sale Database Management; Reporting - Dispensary Management (KPI's, Profit and Loss, sales and data entry); Maintenance of Operations Manual; Provide Support and advice on the quality assurance program for community Pharmacy (Quality Care Pharmacy Program); Managing logins to Platforms/systems (Services Australia, Med Advisor and various portals); Coordinate Locum Pharmacist Rosters (booking/placements/covering leave); Coordinate Dispensary Team Meetings. Please note the successful candidate is required to work from the office on Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. This position is 100% office based. To be successful in this role, you will need: Recent Graduate in Business Qualified Business Analyst or relevant experience'; Reporting skills with the ability to run reports, analyze data and make recommendations; High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail; Advanced skills using Microsoft Office - Excel; Highly developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a way that encourages support and respect; Strong verbal and written communication skills.
