Based within our Performance department, this full-time role will be on an even time roster where you will be predominately 8:6 roster, flexibility will be required. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks ensuring effectiveness within the site-office across all projects in Australia. Acting as point of contact for site administrators queries an assist with leave coverage. Attend site to conduct internal audits to ensure Site Administration & Office Management policies and procedures are maintained and consistently applied. Support change management and improvement projects – work closely with Site Admin Coordinator to ensure any new task/systems are consistently and effectively rolled out across sites. Attend site to troubleshoot any administrative issues that may arise. Setup administrative systems and assist with mobilisation of new sites. Identify areas for improvement. Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of information and records. Skills/Experience 2 years administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment. (UG mining is preferred) Relevant experience in a similar administrative role or leadership role. Excellent technical skills in a range of systems. Meticulous attention to detail. The ability to prioritise tasks and effective time management. Never Wasteful Ability to analyse, resolve problems and make decisions in a logical and effective manner. Excellent organisational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in SAP, Success Factors is advantageous. Must have physical and mental ability to withstand long hours in a strenuous and potentially high hazard work environment. Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and obtain National Police Clearance C class licence is minimum. MS Office knowledge, Proficient in Excel and MS word should be intermediate to advanced.
