Job Description SGS is looking for a Sample Receipt Administrator to perform regular inspections and sample reception duties, register samples for analysis, resolve issues regarding sample submission and assist with logistics. This is a casual position, based in Perth Airport. Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Unpacking, sorting and checking that receivals are correct and in good order. Register samples using the laboratory information management system. Resolve inconsistencies with incoming samples. Communicate sample receipt information with other members of the laboratory. Ensure samples are identified, labeled and stored correctly. Sub-sample and filter samples as required Package samples for courier Disposal of samples in accordance with appropriate procedures. Record temperatures for sample storage fridges. Prepare bottles and pack bottle orders as requested. Manage and dispose samples in the warehouse.
