We are seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator with Sourcing experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the team’s overall success. About the Role As a Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator plus Sourcing Specialist you will partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support the mobilisation and administration. You will also execute sourcing tasks to attract and build a pipeline of specified talent, utilising various sourcing tools and channels. This will drive a key outcome of fast-tracking recruitment processes for our business and ensure we are maintaining a robust talent pool for our national divisions. Key Requirements 2 years’ experience within Administration and/or Mobilisation Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including maintaining mobilisation trackers. Ensuring qualifications for candidates and potential employees are obtained and current. gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; know what channels to utilise and how to engage. Talent pool creation management and optimisation Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide feedback to the TA team on candidate and market insights to assist with end-to-end TA process.
