Job Description About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our team as part of our new long-term contract with QAL in Gladstone. Based on our client site and reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will be to ensure all rental activities are coordinated to meet our customer requirements. You will: Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire Raise purchase orders for associated equipment Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements Liaise with transport providers for the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements Desired Skills and Experience About You We are a result driven team with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
