We are on the lookout for a driven, motivated Customer Service consultant to work for one of Australia's oldest NFPs | Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm | WFH We are seeking a passionate, energetic, self-driven inbound Customer Service Representative to work for one of the oldest Not for Profit organisations in Australia. Role is for start ASAP. If successful, you will be working for an organisation where they are creating a lasting impact with the poorest men, women and children living with disability by encouraging self-reliance and participation. Working in partnership with local organisations, and working for and with people with disability to promote their rights to local and national governments and agencies. They campaign in Australia and overseas to change attitudes towards disability. This is a full-time permanent position where you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with only one "office" day required in the Richmond office a month. The role involves taking inbound calls from the public wishing to offer donation support and you will also be making outbound calls to follow up on supporters in an administration capacity. You will be working alongside a supportive, hands-on team where every day is different. In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of $51,000 super salary packaging of up to $15,900 The ideal candidate will have contact centre experience who is confident and resilient . You will pride yourself on your communication skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
