Provide an IT based, business facing functional expert who can lead and manage the development of system and process improvements. Manage the workflow of the business analyst and developer teams to ensure effective prioritization of BAU and project task delivery. Gathering of business issues and requirements and translation into clearly documented functional solution documents. Successful implementation of new functionality into production systems. Liaise with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes and functionality. Assist key business stakeholders to ensure all system users have to access to clear documentation on processes and procedures for their role. Requirements: Possess a proven experience working in a retail IT environment. Demonstrate experience with enterprise-level merchandise transaction systems. Showcase proficiency in managing multiple resources and priorities to ensure business system continuity and uptime. Exhibit skills in budgeting and cost control & demonstrate expertise in risk mitigation and management.
