Atlas Copco's Power Technique business area provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with a number of complementary products. It also offers specialty rental and provides services through a dedicated, global network. The Role: As a Logistics Analyst, your mission is to efficiently manage product flows, ensuring optimal stock replenishment and contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities: Demand planning / forecasting working with Sales teams for accurate forecasting and stock replenishment via GIM (Global Inventory Management system). Run and analyze backorder reports weekly, utilizing tools such as Sales Order Monitor and Purchase Order Monitor. Utilize reports, including Backorders, Delivery Time Request (DTR), MyQuest, production reports, and shipping reports, to monitor and take corrective action. Implement LEAN processes to streamline operations, reduce waste, and minimize costs and non-value activities. Analyze critical parts requested for new product releases, ensuring factories stock them and/or items are available locally. Analyze availability, back-order aging reports from the Dashboard, and implement corrective actions. What we expect of you? Tertiary qualifications in Business, Shipping/Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (desirable). Minimum 3 years of experience in an inventory planning, supply, or purchasing role. Strong track record in inventory and demand planning. High-level analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Intermediate PC skills with advanced Excel proficiency. Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel for data analysis and presentation in the Logistics Analyst role.
