Read on Further Information We are seeking individuals who are undergraduates or currently pursuing the degree in IT or business/commerce/accounting (or related discipline) for a Casual Project Support Officer (up to 19 hours per week during semester and 39/hrs a week during university break) to work alongside our engineering teams and assist the project manager in planning, reporting and other project support activities. Work will be varied and may include Performing various administrative and technical tasks to ensure the smooth running of processes and systems. Building and publishing progress and status reports, maintenance of team dashboards and resources sheet. Facilitate monthly checkpoints and respond to general enquiries. Job Requirements Demonstrated Computer Literacy Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to analyse, organise and present data Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English. Ability to follow processes and procedures when required. Location and hours Approximately 19 hours per week during semester and 38/hrs a week during university break Working location will be at our office on the University of Canberra campus.
