Manage rosters, flights, accommodation and travel movements for all personnel Complete and maintain records for hire and running of heavy and light machinery on site Prepare and complete requisitions and purchase orders including receipting and invoice reconciliation General site administration duties Daily data entry of payroll hours, machine hours and site movements Reliable written, communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, MinRep, Travel management systems, INX & SAP Current Australian Manual Driver License National Police Clearance Passion for what you do and the important role you play At Barminco, our people are our business It's the people we retain who define our culture, shape our company and drive the growth of our business.
