Overview of position As the Indirect Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our indirect sales channels to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our indirect partners, managing channel sales programs, and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Experience of working with Robotics, Software/Hardware products would be beneficial, however its not essential for this role. Role responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect sales strategy in alignment with overall company goals Identify, approach, and onboard new indirect partners to expand the company's reach and market presence Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure effective implementation of channel programs Provide training and support to indirect partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally Prepare regular reports on indirect sales performance, forecasting, and other relevant metrics for management review Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus Proven experience in indirect sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Solid knowledge of Distributors and Resellers for Navigation Systems and indirect sales channels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Proven track record in contributing to multiple sales pursuit and experience working in a lean, rapidly expanding company What are some of the benefits you will have access to?
