Here at Followmont we have a rare and exciting opportunity join the Followmont family and take on the role of our Customer Service Team Leader at our Emerald branch As Team Leader in this Full Time Monday to Friday role, you will take on the responsibility of guiding and mentoring part of our customer service team to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience for our customers. This role would suit someone who is looking to take their career to the next level, utilise their leadership skills and really cement their future within the transport industry. The role: On site at our Emerald Depot Effectively lead, motivate, and support our team with their daily activities. Work effectively with the other team leaders Oversee our bigger customer accounts and coordinate our quotes team. Conduct weekly catch ups to set performance expectations, monitor team KPIs, and provide regular feedback to team members. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, striving for swift resolution. Write summary reports, analysis, and implement improvement suggestions from reports. Identify training needs and design/implement an action plan for the team and/or individuals.
