Our team We are a 20 strong marketing team made up of specialists in marketing and brand, social media and content, PR and media, internal communications and graphic designers. We are a large yet agile national team, based in the Sydney CBD. On any given day we could be working closely with any of our six corporate teams, liaising with any of our franchisees and their agents, or working with our senior leadership team to bring to life new product launches, campaigns or tech initiatives, all of which work to keep Ray White at the forefront of the industry. We’re a close-knit team with a great culture of rolling up our sleeves and just getting things done. The role THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL: As Design Studio Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and design teams by monitoring studio timelines for every project and ensuring priorities are delivered to deadlines. You will establish, champion and optimise the creative department procedures and ensure the smooth flow of artwork development, and ensure briefing/creative processes are followed through stakeholder management. You will identify roadblocks to timely delivery and find ways to overcome obstacles, working hand in hand with our Brand Manager and Design Manager. You will have a creative passion for marketing and the ability to develop campaigns from conceptual stages, through to copy writing, imagery, briefing designers, printing and distribution. You will be able to define campaign objectives, identify options and implement best solutions. You will also be responsible for scheduling the workflow of our web developer; conceptualising and briefing in landing pages, templating and digital content. SPECIFICALLY THAT LOOKS LIKE: - Manage design briefs and schedule workflow across five in-house graphic designers (anywhere from 80-100 design jobs a month). - Provide consistent communication and feedback to all teams involved. - Prioritise artwork requests in a fast paced environment, with competing deadlines. - Assist internal stakeholders with their marketing requests: through writing briefs and overseeing the production of the finished products and campaigns. - Be strategic and understand the objectives of the company and for each project to add value at every stage. - Keep internal stakeholders accountable for key projects. - Organise project meetings with follow up notes and actions. - Project management and collateral development of key products including but not limited to: brand campaigns, local area marketing campaigns, new product developments, recruitment projects and all other dynamic marketing initiatives to ensure we remain market leader. - Work closely with the wider marketing team, especially the Social and Internal Communications teams, to ensure all activity is fully integrated. - Work with freelance support - as required - Creation from concept, copy, imagery, briefing designers, printing and distribution is expected for any job. - Understand and work closely with our web developer to build templates across marketing platforms and create digital landing pages. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ● Tertiary or similar qualifications in communications, marketing, design or experienced agency marketer looking to make the step into the design side of things. ● Proven track record in managing projects, people, timelines and resources in a fast paced environment. ● Creatively minded and have a skill for making the complicated, simple.
