The role is a full time position and would require the candidate to work with a variety of different mining companies throughout WA ensuring all of their customers technical queries are understood and practical solutions are provided. As the Engineering Manager your day-to-day will include but not be limted to: Ensure compliance of design products with the Design Procedure Lead teams of Conveyor Service Engineers in relation to planned and preventive maintenance of systems. Produce design products that comply with applicable legislation, standards, client, third party and project requirements.Ensure technical compliance of design products. Ensure design products are delivered in accordance with the project schedule and budget. Understanding of steelwork design to AS4100 / AS3990 / AS1170 Understanding of Winch design and AS1418 Guide and mentor lead engineers and designers involved in projects to achieve the specified scope within budget, to acceptable quality and on time A little bit about you: Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related discipline 8 years experience in the engineering field in a Senior Position / Management Experience in delivering all aspects of the design and manufacture process Strong Commitment to Health & Safety Conveyor and Fixed Plant Experience Strong understanding of Australian Design Standards Whats in it for you?
