Human Resources Business Partner / HR Manager Adecco Thailand is looking for HR Business Partner for select business areas reporting to the Country Head of HR and act as the HR partner and the primary go-to person for the country HR leader and the management team members in respective business areas on all strategic and tactical HR topics. The person in this role will lead the initiatives to streamline processes and offer best-in-class HR services that will directly and indirectly boost the sustainable growth and profitability of business in the country. Gathering and using relevant data to come up with objective decision-making related to people planning, business transformation, compensation, organizational structures, retention, promotions, and other actives, are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities Be an active thought partner to the Country HR Leader and the management team on all HR initiatives, such as Workforce Planning, Critical Roles Succession Management, Structured Capability Building, Productivity Planning, People Budget, People Engagement etc. Colleague Attraction, Development and Retention: Partner with respective line managers and directors on hiring needs and requirements. Handle full spectrum of recruitment process (advertising, screening, shortlisting, selection, offer management). Manage and administer effective qualitative and operational onboarding and offboarding process Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment and outreach programmes Liaise with various educational institutions on internship opportunities Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on employee headcount and recruitment status Execution of HR projects such as Annual/ Quarterly employee satisfaction survey. Plan and execute quarterly and ad-hoc employee engagement activities. Have a relentless focus on talent management and succession planning of key talents and position holders. Create a meaningful and relevant development plan using the 70-20-10 principles. Performance Management: Implement periodic performance appraisal. Play an active role in setting up right goals linked to the company and country strategy. Ensure the practice of embedding on-going feedback mechanisms. Coach managers to take corrective actions when performance is not satisfactory. Compensation and Benefits Participate in compensation review cycles. Calculate quarterly and yearly bonus computation for sales consultants, team managers, back office colleagues. Benchmark through networks and support in coming up with appropriate pay-for-performance practices, collaborating with regional and global reward colleagues. HR Administration Handle employees' enquiries on company's HR policies, procedures, benefits, employment certifications and verifications Subject matter expert for all issues and escalations on HRIS Support adherence to business and statutory audits. HR data and analytics Be conversant in HR and people data analytics to represent all people insights supported by meaningful qualitative and quantitative data. Pre-Requisites At least 5-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management ideally having served in business partnering or HR generalist roles Excellent command of Business English, with both written & oral communication skills. Experience in supporting HR transformation projects. Driven and pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude. Ability to spot trends/patterns using data to augment simplification and process streamlining activities. Strong listening skills to both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Psychology or Human behaviour related studies Language SkillsEnglish & Thai.
