We are seeking Finance Administrators to provide administrative and functional support to the Project Finance and Administration team and ensure performance targets are achieved for our Curragh North Coal Project in Blackwater. About The Role We are seeking Finance Administrators to provide administrative and functional support to the Project Finance and Administration team and ensure performance targets are achieved for our Curragh North Coal Project in Blackwater. In this role you will report to the Project Accountant where you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results. Working either a 5/2 roster based out of our Mackay office in Paget or 5/2 4/3 (9 day fortnight) roster onsite your duties will include: Prepare purchase requests in JDE as required and generate purchase orders Effective processing & reconciliation of invoices for payment Maintain accounts payable housekeeping including accounts payable workflow, goods received not vouchered and open orders Prepare month end accruals and journals as required Other general administrative duties as required Communicating effectively with internal and external key personnel and stakeholders Providing effective support to Finance & Administration Manager where required About you As the successful applicant, you’ll be a high achieving team-focused individual with proven experience who enjoys delivering results in a dynamic, fast paced and deadline driven environment. Your exceptional administration skills together your ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders will also ensure your success in this role.
