Description Key Responsibilities: Preparing reviewing,and negotiation a diverse range of contracts. Drafting contracts and correspondence with a meticulous and commercial approach Assisting with the development of a range of projects across, solar, wind farms, battery and ammonia Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Profile Profile: Ideally between5-10 years PQE gained in a reputablelaw firm or In-House organisation Experience of project development within the engineering/construction sector Previous experience withland/lease agreements will be viewed favourably General commercial experience.
