Position Overview In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the SAP Supply Chain solution. You will leverage your experience in change management and SAP projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and execute change strategies that drive user engagement, maximising the benefits of the SAP system implementation Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop change management strategies Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities Develop and deliver engaging communication plans, training materials, and resources Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives Provide guidance and support to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders Qualifications: 5 years experience as an SAP Change Analyst Solid understanding of SAP solutions and the impact on business processes Prior experience working in the Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics industry Why Join Us: Part time role - 3 days per week Flexible working options available Potential for long-term projects after the initial contract term If you're ready to take on a new challenge as an SAP Change Analyst and contribute to transformative SAP projects, we want to hear from you.
