Design and develop data management approaches that support reliable student progression decisions and continuous quality improvement.Identify and build relationships/partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to advance the learning outcomes of the new Doctor of Medicine program.Maintain knowledge of contemporary practices and future opportunities in online and on-campus teaching and learning across the university and higher education sector and communicate this knowledge to the wider School community.Work collaboratively with the other members of the MD Curriculum Design team towards the design, development and implementation of curriculum and assessment projects that address student learning outcomes of the new Doctor of Medicine program.This is a full-time (100%), continuing/fixed-term position through to the 10th January 2025.At HEW level 7, the full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $94,754 - $103,180, plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be up to $110,862 - $120,721 annually. As this role is covered by an Enterprise Agreement, you will also receive regular remuneration increases - at least once a year.About YouTertiary qualification in a relevant academic discipline with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; ideally in Education or Instructional Design field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.An understanding of how students learn and evidence of innovative approaches to designing and developing courses, activities, or assessments for online, blended learning or classroom environments that promote and foster student learning.An understanding of authentic assessment and experience in designing assessment for, of and as learning.Ability to provide both leadership and practical support on pedagogic and technical issues to a variety of stakeholders.Experience using a range of technologies applicable to online learning, such as learning management systems, video editing and or recording, and their application to educational goals.Demonstrated commitment to on-going professional development.In addition, the following mandatory requirements apply:Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
