Attractive salary of $85-100k super Full time permanent opportunity Hybrid working arrangement, 2 days in office and 3 days WFH Predominately Monday-Friday 7.30am-4pm, occasional Saturday Quirky office located in Thornbury with free on street parking. Reporting to the director, the Customer Service Leader holds a pivotal position, tasked with responsibilities in the management, training, and leadership of the Customer Service team. The primary objective is to consistently uphold professionalism and efficiency within the team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. This role requires a strategic approach to guiding the team, fostering a culture of excellence, and contributing significantly to the overall success of the business operations. Responsibilities also include: Managing multiple stakeholders efficiently and effectively Maintaining and updating business systems Handling escalations in a timely and professional manner Reviewing and improving day to day operations by implementing new processes Collaborate with the scheduling team Hold daily and weekly meetings with the team Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the team to help them succeed Setting goals and KPIs for the customer service staff based on the director’s vision Being a supportive and helping hand to the team whilst maintaining a positive and warm attitude in keeping with the company culture About you? Previous experience leading a team to success within a phone based environment.
