Kick start your career working for this customer service role in the Head office of this company leader located in Wetherill park We have an opportunity for the right person to kick start their career working for this company leader as a customer service agent in their Finance team. The role is to support the dealer network and the brokers in the following duties:- Taking inbound calls Working through complaints Soft collections 0-30 days General Administration and correcting data in their system Supporting the dealer network in any way they can Copies of statements Responding to emails Referring existing and new customer enquiries Review loan accounts for any discrepencies The right person will have some experience already in customer service and working at McDonalds or one of the major retail outlets will be a benefit. The role may be on a rotating roster which would be between 8-4 or 10-6. In return, you will have the opportunity to work for a company leader, you will be fully trained in the role and progression is a reality. Profit share bonuses are shared throughout the company and annual pay reviews are done as well.
