You will be part of the core platform team operating and building our next generation cloud based Digital Contact Centre. As a Platform Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of agile software development and will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the platforms of your team. You will operate across the full stack and building highly scalable omni-channel contact centre solutions that enable positive user experiences. You will work with Technical BAs to develop new features and shape the best solution, adhering to best practices and high standards for code quality and application design. At Macquarie our org structure is flat, your daily responsibilities will be a mixture of a software engineer and mentor to junior engineers. You will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement in the team. What you offer Hands-on experience and strong skills with NodesJS, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS Experience in building large-scale software applications Experience in automated unit and integration testing Thorough understanding and experience of APIs/microservices architecture Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically.
