What you will be doing: Conduct thorough client needs assessments and design tailored IT solutions whilst working closely together with Solutions Architects. Work closely with sales teams to understand client issues and business objectives. Provide technical consulting to ensure client confidence in our solutions. Develop strategic IT roadmaps that align with client goals. Ensure quality assurance and contribute to process improvement initiatives. What you need: Experience working for an outsourced IT provider (MSP) or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of server infrastructure, networking, firewalls, backup technologies, wireless solutions, Microsoft server licensing, Microsoft 365, public cloud technologies and end user devices. Exceptional organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Desire to move into a client facing role and a passion for pre-sales. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. A current Australian driver's license.
