In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and sales support to both our customers and our sales team. Your efforts will be critical in improving knowledge and productivity, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support. We're looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also has excellent interpersonal skills.Areas of responsibilityProviding a professional understanding of Machining, related to:Cutting Tool ApplicationsCNC ProgrammingBasic knowledge of CAM systemsAssisting Account Managers / Distributors with problem solving and technical advice at end customersConducting PIP/Lean improvement programsSupporting MTM/MTA in developing tooling proposals for new machinesAbility to present technical presentations and Customer Training/EventsSupporting new product release, internal/external training, and eventsYour profileYou will have Engineering/Tool making trade certificate or equivalent as well a good understanding of the cutting tooling industry and machining products. You will have a strong safety focus and highly developed interpersonal skills. You will be flexible and self-motivated and able to work unsupervised or as part of a small team.
