Full time, ongoing position Salary based on experience, range: $86,795 - $97,921 plus super Attractive employee benefits including salary packaging and hybrid WFH/office model About the role: This role is based in on Wurundjeri Land (Melbourne CBD). We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to contribute to improving access to justice for Victorians experiencing disadvantage within the Civil Justice program. As part of the Civil Justice leadership team, you will oversee the administrative operations of the program and support to the legal teams, manage a team of administrative staff, implement policies, procedures and strategies to support quality service provision and manage the administrative services budget. In promoting service improvement, you will also engage with internal and external stakeholders, improve data collection and oversee processes and systems that promote access to justice and high quality services. About you: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Proven ability to lead and develop staff in the application of professional standards and contribution towards a positive team environment. Experience in general administration and problem-solving including managing risk, staff, physical resources and information technology assets. Demonstrated ability to learn and to perform under limited direction and capacity to work collaboratively with others and foster a cooperative and supportive team environment.
