The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly created digital sales team focused on programmatic growth, based in Melbourne As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Digital sales to help grow our programmatic footprint, and service an array of Agency and Direct Clients across VIC. Within your remit, you’ll sell the media asset offerings across all digital inventory. Duties: Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams Develop strong trusted relationships with our SSP and DSP partners Educate new and existing clients and work to embed our offering into their programmatic ways of working Drive market activity via a consistent and effective engagement plan Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market Help grow oOh’s programmatic revenue via strategic methods of engagement Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts The Experience: You’ll have prior programmatic experience, within a DSP, SSP, publisher or media agency environment. OOH background preferred but not essential To set you up for success you’ll also possess the following skills and attributes: Be excited by the prospects of building oOh’s programmatic capabilities with proven success in managing and expanding key accounts – a natural hunter at heart Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
