As a People & Culture Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering effective first-level P&C services. Responsibilities include handling employment documentation, maintaining records, and providing support on various projects. This is a 12-month parental leave contract based in Eveleigh and reporting to the People and Culture Operations manager you will be responsible for: Service Delivery: Unleash Your Impact Be the backbone of first-level P&C support, handling entitlements and policies with precision. Swiftly manage employment letters and general employee correspondence, making a real-time impact. Administrative Mastery: Own the Process Streamline the onboarding process, process resignations, and navigate contract changes seamlessly. Keep the pulse on payroll and P&C database updates, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Data Dynamo: Powering Insights Dive into the numbers, generating insightful P&C reports on turnover, recruitment, and demographics. Customer Care Command: Your Inbox, Your Domain Take the lead in managing the people email inbox, responding promptly and leaving no query unattended. You Have: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related discipline. Previous experience within a HR business function or Business Administration. Able to navigate fast-paced, complex work environment with ease & with a flair for analytical thinking. An understanding of employment legislation. Passion for people and culture and love for the media industry.
