The successful candidates will be required to deliver project engineering works effectively to meet agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality, and safety standardsReporting to the Project Manager, these are permanent full-time positions on a 5/2 roster, Monday to Friday with uplifts included in package. Local candidates will be highly regarded.Shared accommodation will be provided for DIDO non-local candidates.Key role tasks:Plan, design, document and manage construction activities and processes;Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services;Implement measures to sustain and improve the performance of your team to deliver effective and efficient work outcomes;Manage and monitor resources for the project;Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and clients;Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality Assurance, Environmental Management and Safety Management Plans and other relevant standards and legislation;Complete reporting requirements for financial, operating and survey needs of the site;Comply with Golding’s health and safety requirements and promote a work environment which reflects this behaviour; Key capability requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field are essential;Demonstrated analytical and design skills;Practical knowledge in investigation, design and construction of civil works;Well-developed communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) demonstrating the ability to interact with internal customers, external stakeholders and clients;Ability to develop and maintain a safe workplace and environment for employees, contractors and visitors;Strong level of computer skills, including Microsoft, Suretrak / Primavera and AutoCAD applications;Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote cohesive teamwork;Personal flexibility to operate in a dynamic work environment.Please apply online below;Golding is an equal opportunity employer.
