Company Description This role provides high-quality and timely support to the Asia Pacific regional Advisory team. The Regional Administrator is a strong collaborative team-player that leverages extensive support and administrative experience, knowledge & tools to provide efficient organisational support for leadership meetings, briefings, learning and development events, and reporting. Job Description Key responsibilities Provide administrative support for the designated ASPAC Advisory senior team members to facilitate the efficient organization of key leadership meetings and key regional Advisory events (both in-person and virtual). Provide administrative support for prioritized regional Advisory learning & development events (both in-person and virtual), including liaison with venues, managing registrations, material preparation, etc. Coordinate and collate regular regional reporting. Review and monitor existing business processes, providing recommendations to drive an improvement in the operations of the regional Advisory team. Provide editing and formatting assistance, together with administrative support for prioritised regional activities • Coordinate specific knowledge management activity. Work closely with other business support team coordinators from across the region to achieve efficiency and consistency where possible.
