Your role This position has two streams of focus i.e. Work Package Management (understanding of schedule, risk and earned value) and Technical Coordination having oversight of System Engineering, System Architecture, and Configuration Management for a large work package consisting of a team of 40. This role involves defining and maintaining the system's specifications and architecture, ensuring alignment with customer needs and incremental development, strategies. You'll also address technical debt and enhance configuration management processes and tools for efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead System Engineering, Architecture, and CM activities for a large work package Coordinate engineering stakeholders to meet project milestones and costs Ensure functional baselines and requirements traceability Drive process improvement and tackle backlog effectively Develop policies, standards, and procedures for technical work Plan, launch, and execute the Work Package, ensuring alignment with project structure and customer requirements Manage scope changes, risks, and stakeholder relations effectively Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement What You Bring: Demonstrated technical and managerial leadership in a large engineering environment Background within systems engineering with relevant Engineering qualifications.
