About the role: As a Sales Solution Consultant - PreSales, you'll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions. What you will be doing: Support sales representatives and help the internal product organization define emerging propositions. Create and maintain product presentations. • Identify functionality gaps with sales representatives and prospects. Other related duties assigned as needed What you will need: An understanding of card program management as well as chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile and instant payments. A client-focused approach along with experience supporting a sales team and partnering with senior management. Familiarity with competitors as well as their products and services.
