Join a highly recognised organisation that thrives on continuous improvement Tailored success planning underpinned by YOUR career aspirations Attractive Salary Package On Offer The Opportunity: We currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Senior Sales & Pricing Analyst to join our Boral Asphalt team in North Ryde NSW 2113 This role will see you supporting the Asphalt business units by providing insight to the sales team regarding pricing, volume and service fee aspiration. Key Duties: Develop and analyse regional specific monthly sales and price reports to provide insights to National sales teams and senior management, such as changes to volume, price, margin, , competitor activity and market share Collect, analyse, evaluate and report on sales data including, volume, price, margin, competitor activity and market share Identify, measure, and track progress of sales driven initiatives, to improve customer and product margins and drive sales process improvement Support Sales Managers, General Managers, and the Head of Finance by ensuring timely reports and data at customer and product level Support the measurement of operational improvement initiatives and lead initiative to improve financial reporting processes, focused on revenue and margin growth Drive improved sales communication and insights to all levels of the business through specific user-based sales analysis and system-based data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) Lead sales team performance reporting metrics and support sales teams, partnering with General Managers, to achieve sales effectiveness targets, including high customer engagement, timely opportunity management and achieving individual sales incentive targets Partner with Sales Managers to deliver sales related data analytics to customers to improve insights and relationships Work with the Sales and Operations Planning team to drive demand side insights and volume insights/risks About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in the commercial field 5 years' experience in Construction, Retail or similar industry Experience in commercial and pricing analysis Experience using Power BI, Tableau and SQL (or equivalent) Experience in databases and reporting tools Demonstrated skills in problem solving Experience in process improvement Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills What’s on Offer?
