Key Responsibilities Assist with overseeing day-to-day office operations and provide support for international branches for leave and payroll management as needed. Coordinate budget setting, monitor spending, and streamline expense processing. Assist in planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, orientations, and training sessions. Collect, organize, and manage information using computer systems and filing processes. Accountable for sourcing, negotiating leases, and overseeing the fit-out of the new office space. Support in overseeing projects within the HR & Admin department, tracking progress towards established goals. Organize training and team-building activities to enhance team cohesion. Maintain well-stocked supplies and properly functioning equipment for a productive office environment. Provide support to the Head of HR& Admin and Admin Manager by assisting in various related duties as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role. Proficiency with MS Office and Jira, and ability to quickly adapt to new technology and tools. Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement. Demonstrated coaching and management skills. Experience in office lease and oversight of fit-out execution. Knowledge of human resources and customer service procedures. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines. Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities. Proficient in both English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
